WINTER SUN SALAD (Winter Longevity Guide)
Ingredients:
2 cups watercress
2 cups mesclun greens 1 tbsp calendula petals 2 cups warm artichokes 2 tbsp chopped dill
Dressing 3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut aminos 2 tbsp grainy mustard
Instructions:
